1. Delivery Coverage
Apna Delivery operates in select cities and areas across India. Delivery is available only to addresses within our operational zones. You can check delivery availability by entering your address in the app.
2. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary based on item availability and current demand. Times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Express deliveries typically arrive within 30 minutes, standard deliveries within 60 minutes.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on distance and order value. Free delivery may apply for orders above a minimum amount. Promotional codes and discounts are applied at checkout.
4. Delivery Instructions
You can provide special delivery instructions during checkout. Our delivery partners will make reasonable efforts to follow your instructions. Leave door deliveries are at your sole risk.
5. Recipient Verification
The recipient must be available at the delivery address to receive the order. Apna Delivery is not responsible for lost or stolen items left without recipient verification.
6. Damaged Items
If items arrive damaged, report within 24 hours with photographic evidence. Eligible items will be refunded or replaced at no additional cost.
7. Delayed Deliveries
In case of delays beyond 30 minutes past the estimated time, contact our support team for assistance. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
