2. Order Placement
By placing an order through our app, you confirm that you are legally of age and have the authority to make the purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by the merchant or Apna Delivery.
3. Payment Terms
Payment must be completed as per the payment method selected during checkout. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Apna Delivery reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate payment terms.
4. Delivery Terms
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Apna Delivery is not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control. Upon delivery, you are responsible for inspecting items immediately.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before delivery partner assignment. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Items damaged during delivery may be eligible for refunds or replacements.
6. Liability Limitation
Apna Delivery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the order amount paid by the user.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in fraud, harassment, or any illegal activities through our platform. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Changes to Terms
